The company’s bid of $682 million was the highest amount submitted by any of the eight private applicants. The development features a gross floor area of 589,743.89 square feet.

The sales gallery for the 638-unit condominium known as Tembusu Grand will be opened on March 24. The units will be available from April 8. This private property is situated along the Tanjong Katong Road in District 15. It features a 99-year leasehold and is surrounded by a 210,622 square foot area.
The first project of the year for CDL was the Tembusu Grand, which was launched on the East Coast. Sherman Kwek, the company’s CEO, said that the company is excited to bring another residential asset to the area following the successful launch of Amber Park. As of March 22, the 592-unit Amber Park at Amber Garden was 99.5% sold.
This project is the third collaboration of the two firms following the launch last May of the 405-unit Piccadilly at FarrerPark. The 639-square-foot executive condominium at Copen Grand was also completely sold out within a month after it was launched.
The units at Tembusu Grand are spread across four blocks and feature a north-south orientation. There are various types of units, such as one-bedroom plus-study apartments and five-bedroom units. These are priced at 527 to 1,711 square feet, while the two 5-bedroom penthouses are 2,691 square feet. According to Kwek, the development offers a wide range of units that cater to different lifestyles.
